Privacy Policy

1. Zero data collection

uCreacción is an open-source product that operates with local or independent infrastructure. We do not collect, store, or process any user or third-party data.

There is no controller collecting your information remotely, no server retaining your ideas, and no database storing your identity.

2. Access and identity

Access to the service uses a nickname and a non-recoverable password. We do not require an email address, an IP address, a device identifier, or any other personal or technical data.

3. What passes through the system

The user describes an idea in natural language. uCreacción understands the intent, refines it into an engineered specification (the master prompt), and may send it to a user-configured AI provider or to a self-hosted ollama instance. The output file (PDF, DOC, MD, HTML, or Plain Text) is generated and delivered through the HERMES agent.

Everything passes locally or through the user’s configured provider. Nothing remains on our side. No tracking, no analytics, no audit logs retained by the product.

4. Apple Store frontend

The Apple Store interface stores all generated data exclusively on the user’s device. There is no remote synchronization, no cloud backup of user content, and no transmission of device data to any external server controlled by the product.

5. Open source and assisted deploy

The product is open source. Assisted deployment is provided through a compose.yaml file or an install .sh script. The script checks for docker; if missing, verifies podman; otherwise aborts with an error message. All deployment is under the user’s control.

6. No tracking, no cookies, no session storage on our servers

We do not use cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, or any other mechanism to track users. There are no session tokens, no userAgent logs, and no device identifiers processed by us.

7. Changes to this policy

If the open-source nature or the deployment mechanism changes materially, this policy will be updated with the new date and published here. Continued use implies acceptance.
